WHAT IS SPARTA CHALLENGE?
The Sparta Challenge is a 60 day/8 week fitness challenge designed to motivate you to get results. Complete with 43 workouts, accountability meetings, and powerful nutrition tools, this progam is ideal for any person, fitness club, personal trainer, or small group that want to take their fitness to the next level. The culmination of this hard-core program is the completion of the “300 Workout”.
WHO IS SPARTA CHALLENGE FOR?
Anyone and everyone. From 15-55 anyone can do this workout. Because you set the resistance, the workouts can be modified to any fitness level. If you are starting a fitness regiment for the first time, sparta will give you the direction you will need to safely and effectively change your body.
If you have been training for years, the combinaiton of training, and nutrition will help you bust that plateau.
